I hate apartments

This past year wasn’t so bad with noise levels from other tenants. But now new students have moved in and all the noise sucks. We moved into this complex last year because it is a nice homey area and the complex has a strict no noise policy. Guess we’ll be calling management tomorrow. I really don’t want to have to move next year but we’ve really had bad luck when it comes...
